Spaghetti Squash - You Got To Try To Prepare This At Least Once

















I've prepared this about a half dozen times now and how the spaghetti's
reveal themselves, is still amazing. I think this is the first time that
I've made the effort to get every last 'noodle' out of it's shell.

What you do with it next is up to you. I enjoy it with some olive oil
and or some coconut oil and my favorite pasta sauce. Either toasted
walnuts or cashew nuts for some crunch. A truly genuine traditional
pasta substitute and filling too.

One of these days I'm going to toast those squash seeds to.
