Jerusalem artichokes Helianthus tuberosa - also known as Sunchokes

 Helios is Greek for sun, and anthus means flower, so the Jerusalem
 artichoke is a sunflower that makes a tuber.

 A friend of many years works at a health store and recommend that I
try these.


















Will prepare them tomorrow with some toasted walnuts and you know that
I'm going to plant one, right?
