Experimental Kitchen - Holy smokes, eat your veggies and fruit.







 
Start with our base with a can of Lentil soup.
Chop up some Cauliflower into small pieces
and add the curry powder and black pepper.
Along with some chopped Mushrooms into
a  electric skillet.









Stir the mixture and bring it up to temperature.











 Place a portion in a bowl along with a dollop of  Hummus Baba Ganoush.
The smokey hummus makes an unbelievable statement and the added vegetable
to the mix counts as another vegetable for the day. Dressed with some toasted
sesame for flavor and texture.

Slices of ripe Mango complete this meal along with a glass of vegetable juice (not shown).
