Cocoa pudding made with Avacado - Experiment Kitchen Revisted

also substituted the Agave sweetener with some Coconut sugar and
added a dash of Cinnamon too. Yummy.





Wasn't till afterwards that I realized that I forgot to add
the instant coffee. So it doesn't look like the above photo
but I'm glad that I mixed it all up again with a dash more sugar
along with the coffee.

The Chia and Coconut added a nice texture. I was never the one
to use a Processor so the lumpiness of the Avocado and Bananna
were cleverly disguised by the added fiber and texture.
