Today's Two

 urban wild life interventions.

First one was a fledgling Carolina Wren that I witnessed a lay about stray cat toying

around with and managed to squirt said cat with some water. With gloved hands I

scooped up this tiny wonder and moved it to some heavy growth and it just scooted

away in silence. I'm thinking and hoping that I bought this new bird some time.

Second one was a frog and I don't think it was our typical Gray Tree frog but a ,

get this, a pooper frog. My unofficial designation for a frog that one usually sees around

one of the large lakes near by, that well...make quite the mess, if you get my drift. While

pulling up my yard trash can to put at the curb and low and behold what was on the side

of the can and has the audacity to jump on my arm. A quick catch if you ever seen one

and it always help to have a Talenti container close by so one can make use to escort said

frog to greener pastures

that just aren't

mine.

Where humans and creatures can still reside and hopefully still have a win win out come.
