Got my hands on a ripe Jackfruit and just finished harvesting it's seeds
and got a taste of it's fruit. Just found out that I'm not a fan of the ripened
stage, but will be able to plant some of the seed and then steam the remaining
seed for consumption.
Going to set some aside to dry and see if they are a good candidate for beads.
