Pomoea quamoclit - Cypress Vine

This vine can be considered as a weed , but hey time will tell. I captured this
 specimen at the library's landscaping. This one looks to be a cultivar and not
some long time dormant volunteer mostly described as if some ancient relic
from the past who's soil has been disturbed and ready to be unleashed on the
modern world.

I have yet to see this grown intentionally in gardens or planters and always
in some hedge along curbside landscaping while driving in my car. Always
catching my eye and wanting to possess this rambling vine.
