the end of our natural dry season, challenges these steadfast bloomers.
Compelled to supplement with some city water while every thing in sight turns to toast.
Nothing like a dash of floral colors to brighten the blight that has taken hold else where.
How bout some soft pink and cool purples to dial down those hot temperatures.

Coming right along. These are about the third the size when they
go into full bloom. It's still hard for me to phantom that I missed these
developing and it was too late to see them open up.
Now, like the proverbial watched pot of boiling water, time has slowed down and
it seems like it's taking forever.
Beauty never happens quickly in the plant world and
now that I know what to look for there are many more where these came from. Just in time
for our rainy season to, not knowing if the rain will be a blessing or a curse. Once again
only time will tell
